For the administration department, we are looking for a driven team player with the ambition to raise this department to a higher and higher level.
Tasks and responsibilities
Taking care of daily administrative tasks in a team
- Processing incoming orders
- Answering the phone
- Answering and processing incoming e-mail messages
- Processing incoming documents regarding billing
- Invoicing completed orders
- All other, non-daily activities in support of the administration
Qualifications and skills
- Secondary (vocational) education level (MBO)
- An accurate way of working
- Speaks the Dutch and English languages
- French and German are a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Office is a requirement
- No 9 to 5 mentality
- Stress-resistant team player
- Given the location of our organisation, a B driving licence and having your own car is a must
